I believe that we were all created for a purpose and that we all have a responsibility to inspire change and beauty in this world. I believe this can only be achieved when we take care of our health and that this begins from within - within the body, within the mind and within the heart, and it extends outwards into our personal relationships, our community and our environment. 

There are no shortcuts to great health and achieving it requires a multifaceted approach.

My systems-based approach to assisting with the management of, and recovery from dysfunction involves the application of the latest evidence-based knowledge, tools and support in Osteopathy, Holistic Nutrition, Functional Medicine and Movement Therapy. The Osteopathic Manual Practice is a gentle yet very effective hands-on practice that treats the body as an integration of its many functional units that require consideration and treatment so that the body, as the sum of its parts, can achieve a state of health and vitality, free of pain and dysfunction (structural misalignment and physiological dysfunction). Meanwhile at the studio, we take extra precautions for everyones safety & comfort.

We continue to offer our sessions either in-person or virtually to accommodate every individuals needs and comfort levels.

We have added an air-filtration system, the Air Doctor 3000 (which in testing removed 99.97% of the live SARS-CoV-2 virus from the air in a test chamber). We run the machine on auto during our sessions and set it to ‘High’ in between sessions for maximum efficacy.
